Pricing questions

When do I pay?

Plan as long as you want for free. Concierge unlocks Claw and the full feature set the moment you start your trial — cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.

Do vendors charge more through PartyPop?

No. We never touch vendor pricing. Your rate with them is exactly what they'd charge you direct.

What if my party is cancelled?

Cancel any time from your account. Vendor cancellation policies (typically 50% deposit inside 14 days) apply separately — Claw handles the paperwork either way.

Is there a refund if Claw can't help?

Yes — if Claw can't shortlist at least 3 vendors for any paid slot within your budget, we refund in full. Email hello@partypop.uk.

Can I upgrade mid-plan?

Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference.
